Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience of providing advice to landowners, developers and institutions on both buying and selling in connection with development, regeneration and investment. Clients include landowners, developers, and institutions. The investment and development work covers the offices and retail sectors. He also acts for a number of charities, being particularly known for his work on behalf of a number of religious groups.
He is a member of the Investment Property Forum, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Regeneration Forum and also Christians in Property and is part of the Leadership Team of Worship @ Light Lunch.
