Tony Jorden is joint senior partner of Jorden Salata. He is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years of experience including that as an arbitrator and independent expert and is frequently appointed by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Although very much a GP with a wide range of general valuation knowledge he is particularly known for his specialist experience of industrial and warehouse property.
Tony has been involved in bank valuation and insolvency work since the late 1970s and also takes up a large number of LPA Receivership appointments. He is a founder member of the National Administration Receivers Association (NARA), and is on its working party on Codes of Professional Conduct. He is an RICS Registered Fixed Charge Receiver.
He has a keen interest in the practical aspects of resolving the legal problems that arise in property related insolvency situations.
