Jorden Salata is unusual among the niche Central London property consultancies in having extensive experience, not only in commercial property but also residential property investment and building land.

We are uniquely placed to advise on residential building land; a key member of the consultancy team being John Sparrow, a residential building land specialist who has over 35 years of experience. John has initiated many of the most important land deals throughout the country and has worked with most of the major nationally known house builders.

Amongst the residential development sites that we have sold are:

Caterham
JS advised the Surrey Oaklands NHS Healthcare Trust in connection with the marketing and planning of a 17 acre site which they subsequently sold to Bellway Homes Ltd for the construction of 250 units having a total end value in the order of £30m.

Tamworth
On behalf of Metrocab we sold an industrial site of 9.5 acres to Lovell which will ultimately provide 115 residential units having an ultimate retail sales value of £20m.

Camberley
Acting for Elmhurst Ballet School, JS working with our consultant town planners, established a planning brief for a significant housing scheme in order to establish value and subsequently sold the site of 2.74 acres to Bloor Homes Ltd. Final sales receipts are anticipated to be in the order of £30m.
